• Filling this form does not guarantee admission of your child.
• The form has these parts: Class, Student details, Parent details, Address / contact and Documents. The guardian's mobile number is checked with an OTP.
• Keep soft copies of the documents ready before you start.
• Documents of the student: passport-size photo, birth certificate, transfer certificate and report card.
• Documents of the parents: passport-size photo, PAN card and Aadhaar card.
• Photos must be JPG / PNG (up to 2 MB). Documents can be PDF / JPG / PNG (up to 5 MB each).
• Transfer certificate, marksheet and report card are not needed for Nursery, LKG and UKG.
• A birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or a Government hospital is accepted.
• Upload recent, coloured passport-size photos of the student, parents or guardian (if any).
• After you submit, you get an Application No. Keep it — use "Check application status / download form" to see the status or print the form.
• The date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be informed by SMS / WhatsApp / e-mail.
• For Class I and above, the assessment will be held on the informed date.
• For Nursery, LKG and UKG, the teacher only observes / interacts with the child along with the parents. Both parents must come with the child.
• Confirmation of admission and the admission fee payment link will be sent by SMS / WhatsApp / e-mail.
• After admission is confirmed, the full fees must be paid within the time given by the school. If not paid in time, the seat will be given to another deserving candidate without any notice.
• Admission is strictly on merit, as per the school's admission policy.
• All decisions of the management about admission are final and binding.
• Applicants must follow the age rules set by the school.
• The form must be submitted before the last date / time. Late or incomplete forms will not be considered.
• Any attempt to influence admission, including recommendations through any person, agent or so-called management representative, will lead to disqualification.
• The school does not use any agents or management representatives for admission. Beware of impostors — any dealing with them is at your own risk and does not bind the school.
• If any information given in the form is found to be wrong or misleading, the management may cancel the admission, even after it is granted.
• Parents should read about the school's teaching methods, values and rules before taking admission.
• Submitting this form and paying the admission fee means you accept all instructions, rules and policies of the school and agree to follow them while your child studies here.
• Any fee once paid will not be refunded.

• फ़ॉर्म में ये भाग हैं: कक्षा, छात्र का विवरण, माता-पिता का विवरण, पता / संपर्क और दस्तावेज़। अभिभावक का मोबाइल नंबर OTP से जाँचा जाता है।
• फ़ॉर्म शुरू करने से पहले दस्तावेज़ों की सॉफ्ट कॉपी तैयार रखें।
• छात्र के दस्तावेज़: पासपोर्ट साइज़ फ़ोटो, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र (TC) और रिपोर्ट कार्ड।
• माता-पिता के दस्तावेज़: पासपोर्ट साइज़ फ़ोटो, PAN कार्ड और आधार कार्ड।
• फ़ोटो JPG / PNG (2 MB तक) हो। दस्तावेज़ PDF / JPG / PNG (हर एक 5 MB तक) हो सकते हैं।
• नर्सरी, LKG और UKG के लिए TC, अंकपत्र और रिपोर्ट कार्ड ज़रूरी नहीं हैं।
• नगर निगम या सरकारी अस्पताल द्वारा जारी जन्म प्रमाण पत्र ही मान्य है।
• छात्र, माता-पिता या अभिभावक (यदि हों) की हाल की रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फ़ोटो लगाएँ।
• फ़ॉर्म जमा करने पर आपको Application No. मिलेगा। इसे सँभाल कर रखें — "Check application status / download form" से स्थिति देखें या फ़ॉर्म प्रिंट करें।
• मूल्यांकन / अवलोकन / बातचीत / साक्षात्कार की तारीख SMS / WhatsApp / ई-मेल से बताई जाएगी।
• कक्षा I और उससे ऊपर के लिए मूल्यांकन बताई गई तारीख पर होगा।
• नर्सरी, LKG और UKG के लिए शिक्षक माता-पिता के साथ बच्चे से केवल बातचीत / अवलोकन करेंगे। माता-पिता दोनों का बच्चे के साथ आना ज़रूरी है।
• प्रवेश की पुष्टि और प्रवेश शुल्क भुगतान का लिंक SMS / WhatsApp / ई-मेल से भेजा जाएगा।
• प्रवेश पक्का होने के बाद पूरी फ़ीस स्कूल द्वारा दी गई समय-सीमा में जमा करनी होगी। समय पर जमा न होने पर सीट बिना सूचना के किसी अन्य योग्य छात्र को दे दी जाएगी।
• प्रवेश पूरी तरह योग्यता (मेरिट) के आधार पर, स्कूल की प्रवेश नीति के अनुसार होगा।
• प्रवेश से जुड़े प्रबंधन के सभी निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होंगे।
• आवेदकों को स्कूल द्वारा तय आयु नियमों का पालन करना होगा।
• फ़ॉर्म अंतिम तिथि / समय से पहले जमा करें। देर से या अधूरे फ़ॉर्म पर विचार नहीं होगा।
• किसी व्यक्ति, एजेंट या तथाकथित प्रबंधन प्रतिनिधि के माध्यम से सिफ़ारिश या प्रभाव डालने की कोशिश करने पर आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।
• स्कूल प्रवेश के लिए किसी एजेंट या प्रतिनिधि का उपयोग नहीं करता। धोखेबाज़ों से सावधान रहें — उनसे कोई भी लेन-देन आपकी अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी पर होगा और स्कूल पर लागू नहीं होगा।
• फ़ॉर्म में दी गई कोई जानकारी गलत या भ्रामक पाई गई तो प्रबंधन प्रवेश के बाद भी उसे रद्द कर सकता है।
• प्रवेश लेने से पहले माता-पिता स्कूल की शिक्षण पद्धति, मूल्यों और नियमों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
• फ़ॉर्म जमा करने और प्रवेश शुल्क देने का अर्थ है कि आप स्कूल के सभी निर्देश, नियम और नीतियाँ स्वीकार करते हैं और बच्चे के पूरे अध्ययन काल में उनका पालन करेंगे।
• एक बार जमा की गई कोई भी फ़ीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
